Sales Engineer Nordics

You will join our partner, an international software company operating in the Digital Employee Experience space, helping organisations make their digital workplace smarter, more stable and more user-friendly. With offices around the world, including in Florida, the company is recognised as one of the stronger players in this fast-growing market. Their technology gives IT teams real-time visibility into the digital workplace, combines monitoring with automation, and helps solve issues before employees even notice them.
For the Nordics region, we are looking for a technical Sales Engineer who can play a key role in the commercial growth of the region. In this role, you combine technical depth with commercial impact by acting as a trusted technical partner throughout the sales process. You support prospects with demos, Proof of Concepts and technical guidance, while working closely with the Account Executive and international teams.
What will you do
- You support the technical side of the sales process and help secure technical closure with prospects.
- You conduct technical presentations, product demos and Proof of Concepts across the Nordics region.
- You build trust with technical stakeholders and IT leaders throughout the sales cycle.
- You work closely with the Account Executive as a trusted technical partner in the region.
- You address technical questions, risks and requirements to help move commercial opportunities forward.
- You participate in Sales, Marketing and Partner events where needed.
- You provide training and technical updates to partners.
- You share customer feedback with Product Management and stay up to date on market developments.
- Experience in technical sales or presales.
- Prior presales experience is required.
- Knowledge of EUC, DEX or similar software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Native or near-native Swedish or Norwegian.
- Knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Nutanix or AWS.
- A full-time remote role in the Nordics.
- OTE around $185,000 to $215,000.
- A 75/25 base and commission split.
- Business travel up to 25 percent.
