Sales Development Representative (SDR)

You will join our partner, an international software company operating in the Digital Employee Experience space, helping organisations make their digital workplace smarter, more stable and more user-friendly. With offices around the world, including in Florida, the company is recognised as one of the stronger players in this fast-growing market. Their technology gives IT teams real-time visibility into the digital workplace, combines monitoring with automation, and helps solve issues before employees even notice them.
For the DACH market, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will make a serious contribution to commercial growth. What makes this role especially attractive is that it is a fully remote position, while being based in Germany, and it is not a standard junior SDR opportunity. You will have the chance to take real ownership of the DACH region together with the team and actively contribute to building a strong commercial foundation in the market.
What will you do
- You will actively build the sales pipeline across the DACH region and manage your own market or pod together with the team.
- You will research target accounts, identify key stakeholders and enrich data with direct contact details.
- You will execute outbound outreach through phone, email and follow-up sequences towards enterprise prospects.
- You will have high-quality conversations with end users, influencers and decision-makers within IT departments.
- You will qualify prospects thoroughly and schedule meetings for the Account Executive.
- You will work closely with AEs and other stakeholders to approach accounts strategically and further expand them.
What do you bring
- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR.
- Experience in B2B SaaS / software is a plus.
- Commercially driven and comfortable working towards targets.
- Strong in phone-based outreach and conducting high-quality conversations.
- Independent, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a remote environment.
- Eager to learn, ambitious and motivated to grow within sales.
- Fluent in English and German language skills at a minimum C2.
